Instructions
*Usually the pack comes with Detox Oil and Purging Nuts.
If you have them both in your pack, start with the purging nuts. Chew them all or blend with fruit and drink. It goes inside the body and pull out all Mucus from it and a lot of colon movement as well. When you take it, consume a lot of water or coconut water to keep you from dehydration. It’s the first step to your healing journey. Wait two weeks before you take the detox oil after the purging nuts.
*Detox Tea After the purge, wait 24 hours before you start your day with the detox tea daily.
*Nkwa Elixir is your probiotic. Three tablespoon of it in the morning is good to start working on your digestive system and fixing your gut while adding healthy digestive enzymes as well to your colon
* Adding a teaspoon or a tablespoon of Super food powders and L-Dopa Powder to your juice or smoothie in the morning gives your body a good nutritional supplement to start your day well and smooth.
*Garlic Frankincense Tincture can be taken in the afternoon
